Orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 business hours. We use a variety of carriers and warehouse distribution centers for each shipping option, and will choose the most appropriate delivery method for your desired shipping address. When you select Overnight or Two-Day Shipping, we may use air or ground shipping as necessary to get your items to you within the promised time frame. Standard Ground shipping is typically 3 - 6 business days once your order is processed and released for shipment. Please add processing time to shipping time to estimate when you can expect to receive your order.

Once an order leaves our warehouse it is the responsibility of the USPS to get the package to your country's customs agency, who then gets it to your local carrier service. History has shown that some orders can take up to an additional week or so above USPS's estimate to arrive at the customer's doorstep and we have no control of the package once it leaves our warehouse. All international orders receive a USPS tracking number and we offer a variety of speed options. We do not prepay any VAT, Import or Duty and it is the responsibility of the customer on the receiving end to pay any required import charges.
Shipping rates are based on destination, weight of your order and shipping method. The best way to determine the cost of shipping is to place the items you wish to purchase in your shopping cart – you will see your shipping options and cost prior to completing your purchase.
If you need to receive your order by a specific date, it is generally best to either email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 978-689-0500 ext. 26 to confirm stock availability and we will recommend the best method of shipment so that you will receive your order as needed.
All orders receive an automated email sent to the buyer with tracking information.
Orders lost due to incomplete address information provided by the customer are the responsibility of the customer and not eligible for a refund.
