If you purchased your SKWOOSH™ from a retail store or online site other than (including Amazon), we ask that you contact the original vendor to return your SKWOOSH for a refund. The original vendor will have all of your order and payment details in order to process a quick and efficient refund. If after contacting the original vendor you are not satisfied with their return procedure, please contact us and we will assist in processing your return.




If we don’t meet your expectations, you can return your Skwoosh™ for a full refund (less any shipping costs) within 30 days of purchase. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, contact us via email to for a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and our return mailing address. Send it back via the most convenient method; however, we strongly advise you use Delivery Tracking in case the return gets lost. We do not provide pre-printed or pre-paid return labels.

There are no special catches or exceptions. All we ask is that you contact us first via and let us know your thoughts, and to get your RA#. We want you to TRY SKWOOSH, so don’t just look at the compact, thin Skwoosh and say “this won’t work for me” or “I need a bulky thick and fluffy cushion”. Remember that the gel does the work, so sit on it and let it adapt to you. Take your time. There’s no rush. We will accept returns up to 30 days after you receive your order.

To return - email (include your reason) and you will receive a return authorization number RA# and mailing address. The RA# is necessary so we can track your return if a problem arises and to insure that you get the proper credit.

Once your return is received, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 10 - 15 business days for your credit to post.


SKWOOSH™ products are guaranteed for materials and workmanship - PERIOD!!!

If you choose not to register your purchase online for the SKWOOSH™ EXTENDED WARRANTY, you are still covered by our standard 60 DAY LIMITED WARRANTY GUARANTEE. We will replace any SKWOOSH™ product found to have a defect in material or workmanship within 60 days of purchase. Just email us at (include an explanation of the defect and/or picture) and you will receive a return authorization number RA#. Upon receipt of your returned item, we will promptly send out your replacement item.


SKWOOSH™ is currently unable to process online exchanges for purchases made on our website. If you would like to exchange your purchase, you will need to return your order and place a new order for the replacement. Please email us at and we will provide your with Return Instructions.
