SHIPPING INFORMATION

Orders are processed within 1 business day of receipt and shipped within 1 - 3 business days. All orders ship from our Peabody, Massachusetts warehouse, Monday through Friday (excluding Holidays).

Shipping rates are based on destination, weight of your order and shipping method. The best way to determine the cost of shipping is to place the items you wish to purchase in your shopping cart and click on Estimate Shipping.

If you need your order by a specific date, it is generally best to call us at 978-689-0500 to confirm stock availability and the best method of shipment to get your order to you on schedule.

Orders lost due to incomplete address information provide by the customer are the responsibility of the customer and not eligible for a refund.

NO-HASSLE RETURNS

If we don’t meet your expectations, you can return your Skwoosh™ for a full refund (less shipping costs). For whatever reason, just go ahead and send it back via the most convenient, inexpensive way (save your money). Make sure you use receipt mail in case the return gets lost.

There are no special catches or exceptions. All we ask is that you contact us first via info@skwoosh.com (and let us know your thoughts. We want you to TRY SKWOOSH, so don’t just look at the compact, thin Skwoosh and say “this won’t work for me” or “I need a bulky thick and fluffy cushion”. Remember the gel does the work, so sit on it and let it adapt to you. Take your time. There’s no rush. We will accept returns up to 180 days after you receive your order.

  • To return - email info@skwoosh.com (include your reason) and you will receive a return authorization number RA#. The RA# is necessary so we can track your return if a problem arises and to insure that you get the proper credit.

  • Once your return is received, your refund will be processed. If your return is over 60 days from purchase, you will receive a refund check in the mail. Otherwise, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 10 - 15 business days for your refund check or credit to post.

PROMOTIONAL CODES

SKWOOSH frequently offers incentive promotions to its customers via email, with the use of promotional codes. Promotions range from free shipping to buy one, get one free offers.

To use a promotional code, enter the code when checking out and your shopping basket will reflect the promotion.

How do you ship?
For U.S.A. and Canada orders, we ship via USPS and UPS. For International shipments, we ship USPS only. You may select your shipping method during checkout.

When will my order ship?

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Shipping times depend on what state you are shipping to and what method you choose. All orders ship from our Peabody, Massachusetts warehouse, Monday through Friday.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Do you ship to PO Boxes and APO/APE addresses?
Yes, but you must select USPS as you shipping method.

Why are shipping costs so expensive?
Our shipping rates are designed to cover our costs, not to be a profit center. We use the weight of your order and the destination address to calculate the rate. We use actual USPS and UPS rates, adding a modest handling fee.

Do you accept purchase orders?
We consider purchase orders from organizations with prior approval. Please contact us at info@skwoosh.com or (978) 689-0500 if you would like to use a P.O.

Can I pay by C.O.D?
No. Payment is required in advance of all purchases. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express.

Is it safe to place my order online?
When you place an order or enter personal information anywhere on our website, you are on a secure server (most browsers have a lock symbol to indicate a secure server). All data is encrypted to protect it from unauthorized access.

Do I have to use your website to place an order?
We are more than happy to take your order over the telephone. Please call us at (978) 689-0500 Mon thru Friday between 8:30 and 2:30pm. We accept all major credit cards. However, please keep in mind that ordering via our website is the most secure and quickest method to get your order fulfilled.

How do I know you received my order online?
Once your order is complete, you will see a final page with a confirmation number. An email will be sent to you with a confirmation number. If you do not see the final page with the confirmation number, your order was not completed. If you do not receive confirmation e-mail it is possible that there was a typo in your email address or the confirmation email was blocked as potential SPAM. If you are unsure about your order, or noted an error in the confirmation, please feel free to give us a call at (978) 689-0500.

Why do you need my email address?
We use your email address to confirm your order and to contact you if there are any issues regarding your order. Also, we periodically send discount promotions to our existing customers via email. We do not sell any of our customers' information to other companies.

Do you offer Wholesale and Dealer prices?
Yes, please email us at info@skwoosh.com for dealer pricing.

Can I change an order after I have submitted it?
Possibly. Email info@skwoosh.com immediately and if your order has not shipped we should be able to make any changes to your order that are necessary.

What if an item I order is not in stock?
If an item becomes backordered, we will notify you via email and let you know when your order is expected to ship. We try to keep our website updated with current product status, but occasionally, simultaneous large orders catch us before we have time to update our website.

Can I return an item?
